Download the Protexio application
Your employees can download the application on their Android/Apple phone or tablet. For team members who don’t have access to these devices, Protexio tablets can be made available to them at your company.
The employee clicks on the tab "Submit an expense", takes a photo of their receipt and, once their request is accepted, the reimbursement is done by bank transfer within 24 business hours after the expense has been accepted by the Protexio team.
Creating a personalized account
Each employee creates their own account with their username and password. Information is thus both secure and readily available.
Accessing claims at any time
Claims are managed on-line, so each employee can log on to their account and make claims at any convenient time.
Consulting balance and history information
The application shows the balance of the budgeted allowances, the expenses submitted and their status, and the history of reimbursements.
